The Hotspot Dashboard provides a complete view of your WiFi hotspot business, including real-time customer activity, revenue analytics, and performance metrics.

Stat Cards

The top section displays six interactive stat cards with sparkline trends:

Daily Customers

New customers registered today with 30-day trend

Daily Revenue

Total revenue collected today with 30-day trend

Weekly Revenue

This week’s revenue with 4-week trend

Total Customers

All registered customers with cumulative growth

Total Revenue

All-time revenue with cumulative trend

Online Customers

Currently connected users with 24-hour activity

Online Customers Card

The Online Customers card includes a View button that takes you directly to the Online Customers page for detailed session information.

Monthly Revenue & Transactions

Monthly Revenue Chart
This dual-axis bar chart shows:
  • Monthly Revenue (left axis) - Total payments received
  • Transactions (right axis) - Number of payment transactions
  • Monthly Bill (4%) - Your NasRadius service fee

Weekly Revenue

Toggle between current and previous week to analyze day-by-day performance:

Plan Performance Analysis

Plan Performance
This section allows you to:
  1. View all plans: See purchase frequency for each internet plan
  2. Select a specific plan: Get detailed metrics including:
    • Number of purchases
    • Daily purchase frequency
    • Weekly purchase frequency
    • Monthly purchase frequency

Top 10 Customers

A horizontal bar chart showing your highest-spending customers. Use this to:
  • Identify VIP customers
  • Target retention campaigns
  • Understand customer value

Revenue by NAS

If you have multiple Network Access Servers (routers), this chart breaks down revenue by location:
Each bar represents monthly revenue for a specific NAS device
Colors differentiate between different NAS locations
This is particularly useful for ISPs with multiple hotspot locations to understand which sites perform best.

Daily SMS Uses

Track your SMS notification usage over the past 30 days:
  • Monitor SMS costs
  • Identify peak notification periods
  • Plan SMS budget accordingly

Check your dashboard at least once daily to stay on top of business performance
Compare week-over-week revenue to identify growth patterns
Use Top Customers data to implement loyalty programs
Use Revenue by NAS to invest in high-performing locations
