Overview

You can manually send SMS notifications to customers for:
  • Custom announcements
  • Promotional messages
  • Individual customer communication

Sending a Notification

Click Send Notification

Click the Send Notification button at the top of the Notifications page

Select Customer

Choose the recipient customer from the dropdown

Compose Message

Type your message in the text field

Send

Click Send to dispatch the notification

Message Guidelines

Standard SMS: 160 characters. Longer messages split into multiple SMS.
Use clear, simple language that customers understand
Include your ISP name for recognition

  • Payment Confirmation
  • Plan Activation
  • Low Balance
Hi [Customer], your payment of KSh [Amount] has been received. 
Balance: KSh [Balance]. Thank you for choosing [ISP Name]!
